The girls of the day!
To celebrate Kesley's birthday we let her invite for her 5th birthday, 5 of her favorite friends. It was a smoking hot day, so a perfect day for some water fun. I put together a bunch of water balloon games and also time out in the kid pool. We gave Kesley a "big girl" bike as she was outgrowing her training bike. She loved her new Barbie bike : just as girly as she is.
So, here is to my Kesley-Bear. She is the heart of our family. She concerns herself with everyone and is sensitive to the emotions of all of us. She adores her baby brother Talmage and takes care of his needs as if she was his mother. She is fiercely independent and would rather be anywhere but home. She always wants to have play dates (at her friends house) and is innately very social. She generally gets along with Wyatt pretty well. She is excited to start Kindergarten. She is my BEST sleeper and sleeps in longer than everyone. She is a total girly girl, always looking at herself in the mirror, wanted to wear any form of chap/lip stick, and loves painted toes and fingers. She LOVES to sing and will use any object as her microphone. She especially loves any girl singer (ie. Taylor Swift) and is always asking me what the singer is singing about (she wants to know the message of the song, just like her mom). She loves to eat apples, anything sugar, and apples. We love her heart and beautiful smile! We love you Kesley!
